Shipping and Delivery
MatStack can arrange delivery of your product anywhere in Australia.
Whilst we take every endeavour to ensure correct delivery we cannot take responsibility for late or lost goods. You need to deal with the freight company if they have any issues with delivery of goods.
Tracking numbers can be supplied to the customer upon dispatch of the goods.
Freight costs are calculated when you order and will depend on your location.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via the best way within four working days; but if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Custom mats will take approximately three weeks to be ready for shipping.
